How is BAKBŌN different from a posture brace?+
Braces pull your shoulders back passively — your muscles learn nothing. BAKBŌN uses three tactile cue points so your body re-finds neutral spine on its own. It trains, not forces.
Does it need an app or battery?+
No. BAKBŌN is a fully mechanical tactile-cueing device. No app, no charging, no software dependency. It will still work in fifteen years.
Is it HSA/FSA eligible?+
Yes — BAKBŌN is HSA/FSA eligible via our checkout partner. We handle eligibility, and you can use your HSA/FSA card directly or your credit card (we'll help with reimbursement).
How long until I feel a difference?+
Most users report proprioceptive awareness within the first 10-minute session. Structural habit change tracks closer to the 3–6 week range with 15 min/day of use.

30 days, no questions. Email support@bakbonhealth.com and we send a prepaid label. Refunds process within 3–5 business days of receipt.
