How to Use
Fitting your BAKBŌN
Place the molded chassis at the mid-thoracic spine (roughly between your shoulder blades). Loop each cross-body strap over the opposite shoulder and under the arm so the elastic forms an X across the front of your torso. Snug the side tension until the chassis sits flush against the spine.
Inserting the pole
Slide the carbon-fiber pole through the central channel so the tip extends above your shoulders and below your waist evenly. Seat the pole in the chassis stops until you feel the click of the anchor points engaging the blue elastic guides.
Daily practice
Start with 10-minute sessions. Wear during a yoga practice, golf warm-up, desk work, or any standing/seated activity where you want continuous neutral-spine feedback. Work up to 15–20 minutes a day at your own pace.
Care
Wipe the chassis and pole with a damp cloth after sessions. Hand wash the straps in cold water and air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
